ICE-ID.Me is the largest and most technically demanding platform we have delivered — a ten-project system covering emergency identification, workforce safety and real-time location tracking for both consumers and industrial sites. It pairs a cloud platform with on-premise edge servers that continue operating independently when a site loses connectivity, then reconcile automatically once the link returns. Location comes from a cross-gateway BLE mesh that trilaterates tag positions against fixed base stations, alongside direct TCP integrations with GPS and LTE tracker hardware built from vendor protocol specifications. Emergencies raised from a phone, an Apple Watch or a tracker panic button are dispatched to third-party emergency response providers, with geofenced no-go zones, alert escalation and full movement history. The platform is in production on active mining operations, tracking employees, visitors and assets across multi-site deployments.
